DeanHouston COVID-19 Reopening Process

DeanHouston is pleased to announce that we began implementing a methodical “reopen” process as of June 15. Our reopen approach is scientifically-based to help provide for the safest Healthy at Work environment possible for employees, clients and vendors as we bring the Cincinnati office back online.

While the June 15 reopen date only applied to the Cincinnati office, a limited number of people will also be working out of our Chicago and Los Angeles offices.

To ensure optimum social distancing, we will divide the office into two groups so that only 50% of our staff will be in the office at any one time. Group 1 will work 4 days in the office and then 6 days from home. On the week when Group 1 is working from home, Group 2 will rotate in and work 4 days in the office and 6 days from home. Both groups will work from home on Fridays.

While we are excited to get back to the office and our teammates, your safety is our priority. All visitors will be required to comply with DH CARE+ Healthy Visiting procedures:

• Before entering any DeanHouston facility, you are required to conduct a self-administered temperature and health check (Visitors – click here to download the DH CARE+ Healthy Visitor procedures)
• Everyone is required to use face covering:
• In the common areas of the office building
• In the common areas of the DeanHouston office
• Adhere to CDC recommended social distancing guidelines
• Meetings conducted in the office will be restricted to 2-6 people, depending on the size of the conference room being used
